Ravenné Gillett, is a Newark native who has 5 years of experience working with Newark-based nonprofits to design and manage innovative project management systems integral in reporting back to key stakeholders and city-based partners. approach to project management is flexible as she often works as the liaison between several entities with varying priorities. She has a keen ability to develop solutions to project flow inefficiencies by leveraging her team and vast network of specialists to source project-specific talent. In addition to her work in real estate development, Ravenné has worked on two state-funded training and development programs where she and her team successfully developed career pathways for 45 CDA graduates into Early Childcare Centers. During her tenure working with this client, Ravenné was also instrumental in creating and managing a shared services pool of 10 Early Child Care Centers based in Newark and its surrounding cities. Also, Ravenné has partnered with Newark’s Summer Youth Program to position Newark Public School students for employment in a community nonprofit.
